Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 – $32.00/hour (based on experience and credentials)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule:
• Position Type: Part - Time.
• Shifts: Flexible scheduling options tailored around your availability.
• Work Environment: In-home.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data during each session
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications:
• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related coursework preferred)
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus—but not required
• Must pass background checks and meet compliance requirements
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions
