Responsibilities

• •Provides and coordinates nursing care for research participants, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• •Collecting and documenting research data per protocol
• •Communicating with PIs, Sub-Is, and research staff
• •Delivering safe, respectful patient care
• •Maintaining clinical skills (assessment, phlebotomy, IV insertion)
• •Following Universal Precautions and HIPAA regulations
