ehavior Analysis (ABA), as well as Social Skills Groups to children ages birth-21 with varying needs.

Our Comprehensive Autism Program takes a holistic multidisciplinary approach to unlocking each child to their own potential. The ABA program at the Talcott Center provides clinic based services such as comprehensive ABA Services, Behavior Consultation, Social Skills Groups and Parent/Caregiver Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic heart-centered BCBA/BCaBA who is looking to provide direct behavior analytic services in collaboration with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team of OT's, SLP's, PT's, and BCBA's.

As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting therapist mentoring, development and implementation of procedures and protocols necessary for the delivery of ABA Services (including but not limited to record keeping, clinical documentation, training of clinicians, etc.), as well as conducting functional assessments, providing parent/caregiver education, developing behavior intervention and treatment plans, and other duties as they apply.

Position includes, but is not limited to:
• Working in collaboration with Occupational therapists, Physical therapists and Speech Language Pathologists
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to facilitate the optimum intervention plan and constant communication and dynamic assessment regarding best practices for the individual child
• Completing client evaluations and developing treatment plans
• Providing parent/caregiver education with grace and empathy

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced individuals looking for a dynamic position within a skilled pediatric setting. Immediate Full Time Positions, must be available after school hours- 1 evening per week.
