We are looking for a passionate, in-person BCBA who wants to make an impact while being part of a team that truly has your back.

Compensation & Bonuses (Designed to Attract YOU)
• Salary: $85,000 $120,000/year (based on experience & caseload)
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
• Paid in milestones (e.g., 90 days + 6 months)
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,500
• Annual Retention Bonus: $2,000+
• CEU Stipend: $500/year
• Mileage Reimbursement

Your Role
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
• Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming
• Maintain high-quality, insurance-compliant documentation

What Were Looking For
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience with early intervention and/or clinic-based services preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in-person (hybrid schedule)
• Passion for ethical, high-quality ABA services
