• Conduct functional assessments and design individualized behavior programs
• Develop, implement, and revise behavior plans based on progress
• Provide intensive staff training and monitor program implementation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across programs
• Maximize billable hours for clients requiring ABA services
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, Med Waiver, and CARF standards
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Services, or related field
• BCBA credential required
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of high-intensity behavioral supports preferred
• Completion of Professional Crisis Management Training (provided)
• Valid Florida driver’s license and successful background check

Responsibilities
