• Tradewinds Education Center - Support students ages 5-21 with significant behavioral and developmental challenges in a therapeutic learning environment. Tradewinds offers a comprehensive curriculum, vocational training, therapies, and enrichment activities all designed to help students build independence and essential life skills.
• New Discoveries Learning Center - Work with preschoolers ages 3-5 in an inclusive setting that prepares them for kindergarten. This program emphasizes hands-on learning, social development, and early intervention services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
• Youth & Adult Residential Programs - Provide care and support in our Children's Residential Program (CRP) and Adult Residential Programs, creating home-like environments where individuals can thrive.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• A passion for helping individuals with autism and IDD succeed.
• Commitment to earning Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within your first year.
