Qualifications

  • Must be strictly 18 years of age or older and possess a High School diploma or equivalent educational credential
  • Must be fully available and committed to working a 100% on-site, physical retail schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • When you step into a role as an Amazon Fresh In-Store Customer Service Associate, you are taking on a dynamic, 100% in-person role that requires you to master physical inventory management, tech troubleshooting, and elite customer hospitality
  • One hour you might be expertly staging fresh produce, the next you might be assisting a customer with their high-tech Dash Cart, and the next you might be working at the customer service desk processing Amazon.com package returns
  • Your primary objective is to ensure that the physical store is immaculately merchandised, fully stocked, and that every customer receives proactive, welcoming assistance
  • This role demands exceptional physical endurance, a passion for food quality, and a relentless commitment to Amazon's "Earn Trust" leadership principle
  • After clocking in and attending the team huddle, you deploy to the produce department
  • You meticulously cull the displays, ensuring only the freshest, highest-quality fruits and vegetables are presented to the customer
  • A shopper approaches you, confused about how to log into the "Just Walk Out" entry gates using their Amazon app
  • You warmly walk them through the digital process, ensuring they enter the store smoothly
