1. Education: Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.

2. Certification: Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current Ohio state licensure is required.

3. Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.

4. Years of experience supervising: None.
