• Provide direct 1:1 support to students requiring behavioral assistance.
• Collect and record accurate data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and licensed behavior analysts to optimize interventions.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with licensure and certification requirements.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in good standing.
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement 1:1 behavioral interventions effectively.
• Knowledge of behavior analysis and applied behavior intervention protocols.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
