Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and support staff implementing behavior plans, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency of behavior strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and modify interventions.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing ABA expertise.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience in school-based or educational settings preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
