Job Description

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
• Document individual progress and behavior changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency in treatment strategies.
• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Skills:
• Experience in patient care, particularly with children.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Background in behavioral health or special education is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral therapy.
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
