Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience supporting students in grades K12 strongly preferred
• Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
• Prior 1:1 support or classroom-based ABA experience
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school teams
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in diverse school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support in mainstream and special education classrooms across kindergarten through high school
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and maintain accurate behavior data and progress reports
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Provide support and encouragement, helping students develop social and academic skills
• Attend team meetings, participate in relevant training, and communicate updates as needed
