Job Description
To support behavioral health services, the part-time State Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide utilization management and care management for ASD services, engaging with members and families remotely while ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Key responsibilities Coordinate care among providers, care managers, and community organizations through assessments and advocacy for member health needs Conduct utilization reviews for ABA therapy, verify member eligibility, and educate stakeholders on medical necessity criteria and documentation standards Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards while participating in clinical staffing and continuing education Required qualifications Current BCBA certification and licensure as applicable for the state of residence Direct experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and/or clinic settings Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel Ability to comprehend and articulate medical policy and health information clearly Successful completion of a comprehensive background check upon hire and throughout employment
