Job Description
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Candidates must have passed the RBT competency assessment and either hold RBT certification or be in the process of taking the BACB RBT exam.

Position Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing behavior support to students
• Delivering direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principals
• Data collection and progress monitoring
• Skill acquisition support
• Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans
• Collaboration with all team members
• Documentation
Qualifications:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (Required)
• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field, is preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
