Responsibilities

  • This role centers on your professional skills within the Transportation, Delivery, Logistics space in Cleveland
  • Order processing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders placed online or in-store for pickup or delivery
  • This involves using the state-mandated point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Inventory management:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming cannabis product deliveries in compliance with state regulations
  • Maintain an organized and clean fulfillment area and stock room
  • Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and perform frequent inventory counts to ensure accuracy
  • Report any inventory discrepancies to management immediately
  • Compliance and reporting:
  • Follow all company policies and state-mandated regulations related to the handling and tracking of cannabis products
  • Assist with monthly inventory audits and track products using state inventory systems
  • Team collaboration: Work with budtenders, sales teams, and delivery drivers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a positive customer experience
  • Customer service: Address fulfillment-related customer concerns and potentially assist with curbside order handoffs
  • Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new products and industry regulations
