: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Compensation: $65/hr
Setting: Residential | On‑site
About the Role
This BCBA role offers a highly clinical, low‑caseload environment focused on long‑term impact. You’ll support one residential home and work with individuals who are dually diagnosed with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions such as autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
Schedule & Contract
• Hours: 40 hrs/week
• Primary Schedule: 8AM–5PM
• Additional Coverage: Some PM and NOC supervision
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Start Date: 04/15/2026
Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Supervision: Oversee RBTs and behavior staff
• Assessment: Complete FBAs and ongoing behavioral evaluations
• Treatment Planning: Create and implement Behavior Support Plans
• Team Collaboration: Partner with psychologists, nurses, and administrators
