Responsibilities

• •Support the sales department in selling and delivering cars
• •Organize the vehicles in the showroom and storage lots/ maintain cleanliness
• •Stock in of new and used vehicles
• •This includes all the paperwork, inventorying, and gassing of cars
• •Work Weekends
• •Get cars ready for delivery when sold - gas and assisting detail department with sticker removal (if detail is not here, detail car)
• •Drive new/used cars through the car wash when the unit is sold assisting detail department on a busy day
• •Deliver cars to customers, if necessary,
• •shuttle cars if needed
• •Maintain the battery charging process and battery charging log to properly ensure batteries are always charged
• •Maintain decals on used cars, buyer’s guides/not for sale tags on cars and current sale tags in cars
• •Make key tags for vehicles
• •Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, move units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• •Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
• •Perform new car dealer trades as requested
• •Will help clean and sanitize dealership as needed to ensure the health and safety of everyone
• •Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion
• •Tag and receive new vehicles from factory
• •Help and attend to tow trucks dropping off cars after service hours
• •Perform other duties given by Supervisor and managers as needed
