What You’ll Do
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality supervision and coaching to RBTs
• Deliver caregiver training with compassion and clarity
• Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessment
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and internal teams
• Maintain BACB requirements and uphold ethical, trauma-informed care
