Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and data collection.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges in school settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with educational professionals and families.
• Ability to develop and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans.
