Work Schedule: M-F set days, some flexibility with hours but traditional 8 hour day shift starting around 8-9am and 4:30-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties related to editing and preparing clinical data for analysis
  • Utilizing database software, Excel, and proprietary software to summarize research projects
  • Manage data workflow between clinical and Oncology Management staff for reporting purposes
  • Assist Supervisor of Oncology Data with development of Oncology program databases for capturing and recording data
  • Lead database conversion while verifying accuracy and completeness of data from one database to another
  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
  • Engage in and conduct databases quality control
  • Review and resolve discrepancies in Oncology data in conjunction with Supervisor of Oncology Data, physician team, and other clinical data staff
  • Participate in project meetings with the clinical team regarding database entries, questions and updates
