BCBA Quality Assurance Specialist – Board Certified Behavior Analyst
📍 Location: Lakewood, NJ
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated BCBA to join our Quality Assurance team. The BCBA Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards across ABA programs. This role focuses on auditing clinical documentation, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with clinical teams to maintain high-quality services for clients and families.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports
• Review ABA programs to ensure compliance with BACB, payer, state, and organizational requirements
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide feedback and guidance to BCBAs and clinical staff regarding documentation and compliance standards
• Assist with preparation for insurance, accreditation, and regulatory audits
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices
• Analyze data trends and prepare quality assurance reports
• Support staff training related to documentation, compliance, and clinical quality standards
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ABA services
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Strong knowledge of ABA documentation requirements, insurance standards, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience conducting clinical audits, quality assurance reviews, or compliance activities preferred
