Responsibilities

• •After the last customer leaves and the doors close, Walmart overnight stocking teams transform the store — unloading trucks carrying thousands of cases of merchandise, breaking down pallets, stocking shelves with surgical precision, and resetting displays so the store looks freshly filled when doors open at dawn
• •Overnight stockers are the invisible workforce that keeps Walmart shelves full and organized, and the premium overnight pay reflects the physical intensity and schedule commitment this role demands
• •You will unload delivery trucks, sort merchandise by department, stock shelves to planogram specifications, and ensure the store is customer-ready before the morning opening
• •Premium overnight differential pay applies to all hours worked
• •Unload GM and grocery delivery trucks using rollers, pallet jacks, and team lifting to move freight to the sales floor
• •Break down pallets and sort cases by department aisle for efficient stocking during the overnight window
• •Stock shelves following planogram layouts, rotating product to bring oldest dates forward and maintaining full shelf facings
• •Bin and organize overstock in backroom steel using Walmart inventory management handheld devices
• •Complete zone recovery ensuring aisle cleanliness, proper signing, and return-to-shelf processing before store opening
