Responsibilities
- •This role supports member trust and satisfaction by ensuring produce availability, cleanliness, and freshness while contributing to a positive shopping experience
- •You will support produce operations by maintaining quality standards, providing excellent member service, and ensuring the department remains organized and fully stocked
- •This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and collaboration
- •Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- •Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions as needed
- •Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready produce area
- •Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner
- •Maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other business areas as needed
- •Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrink in a timely manner
- •Prepare produce items by trimming, crisping, packaging, and scaling according to standards
- •Maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines
- •Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality
- •Leverage handheld technology and digital tools to support production, training, and product quality
- •Use inventory management techniques to stock, rotate, and maintain quality and date controls
- •Eliminate waste and guide peers while assisting members according to company procedures
- •Model high-quality service, energy, and commitment as a department advocate
- •Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- •Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, members, and partners
