The LPN is responsible for assisting providers in delivering quality patient care.

Primary Duties:
• Greets and prepares patients for exams.
• Takes patients history and vitals.
• Assists provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Performs tests, administers injections and medications, as per providers instruction.
• Sterilizes instruments.
• Triages phone calls and walk-in patients, schedules appointments, handles prescriptions, refills per state and LPN license guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position: Licensed as a LPN in the State of Washington Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
DESIRED for the position: One or more years of related work experience

Position works out of the Monroe office occasionally.
