Job Description
on campus. This role provides leadership, oversight, and direct support to the school's behavior team while ensuring high-quality behavioral services for students. The position is available immediately and will continue until filled permanently.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and school-based behavioral support. The district may consider direct hire for the 2026-2027 school year if the placement is a strong mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to a team of 9 Behavior Interventionists
• Adjust behavior support coverage in response to staff absences
• Troubleshoot and support behavior concerns as they arise on campus
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Serve as the primary behavior support leader for the school site
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain consistent behavior intervention practices
Schedule Options
• Full-time: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Part-time options available, including:
• Mornings only
• 2-3 days per week
• Reduced schedules based on availability
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-support skills
• Ability to respond to behavior needs in real time
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation
• $65-$70/hour (based on experience)
• Candidates who work fulltime are eligible for Medical, Vision and Dental benefits!
