Role Overview
• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy and consult sessions each week.
• Employ measurement-based care tools to enhance treatment effectiveness, adapting your methods based on client progress.
• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers when necessary and refer clients appropriately.
• Participate in weekly case consultations, monthly wellness groups, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
• Location: Must reside in Florida.
• License: Hold an active and in-good-standing license as a LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida.
• Cross-licensure: Willing to obtain licenses in California and other states. Costs will be covered.
• Caseload: Maintain approximately 25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions weekly (schedule a minimum of 29 sessions).
• Experience: At least 2 years of active, unrestricted licensure in Florida with clinical experience with adults (18+) and proficient in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for evaluating client progress.
• Tech Skills: A minimum of 6 months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Schedule: Select session hours between 8 am and 9 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: The salary range for this exempt role is $59,500 to $93,300, depending on your location, years of licensure, and level (Clinician or Clinician II) determined during interviews. Compensation includes quarterly incentives, allowing you to enhance your earnings while making a meaningful difference.
• Zone 3 / Miami | $64,600 - $81,700: New hires can expect offers between $64,600 and $77,600.
• Zone 4 / All other Florida locations | $61,300 - $77,600: New hires can expect offers between $61,300 and $73,700.
