As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will:
Provide individualized and small-group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-18.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure.
Prior BCBA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
