Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) job at ABA Centers of Tennessee. Franklin, TN. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers a competitive salary of $25 - $30 an hour.
Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Assist in developing individualized treatment strategies
• Provide support during therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements:
• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in behavioral therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
