Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other self-care skills
• Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills through engaging activities and positive reinforcement techniques
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts, educators, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
• Uphold patient care standards by adhering to behavioral health protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical practices

Requirements
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in behavioral therapy or special education settings
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and confidentiality requirements under HIPAA
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members
• CPR Certificate
