Responsibilities
- •Accurate tracking of inbound and outbound goods is a key responsibility of the Inventory Receiver, who also ensures that finished goods, raw materials, and deposit items are accounted for
- •The Clerk is responsible for maintaining an optimal flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, while also being mindful of proper resource allocation and dock management
- •Furthermore, the Clerk must ensure that all logs, records, and reports are accurately maintained and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
- •By harnessing the power of warehouse systems, companies can effortlessly manage the flow of goods and inventory in their facilities, from incoming shipments to outgoing deliveries
- •To uphold the smooth flow of warehouse operations, it is important to review, refine, and finalize reports related to inbound and outbound logistics, dock maintenance, inventory availability, and yard upkeep
- •Maintains communication with warehouse management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to optimize efficiency, monitor the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments, allocate necessary resources, and organize shipment schedules
- •Consistently files all necessary physical documents in their appropriate locations, organizing them effectively for easy retrieval as needed
- •Maintaining a neat and secure environment in both the workspace and warehouse is crucial, in addition to fulfilling other duties assigned by management, such as constructing pallets
