Job Description

Schedule
• Part-time
• Minimum 15 hours per week required
• Cases available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Daytime and afternoon cases available
• Consistent weekly assignments
Compensation
$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record session data using a mobile device
• Write clear, accurate session notes
• Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers
Training is available for candidates new to ABA.
• 40-hour RBT training program
• Comprehensive competency assessment
• Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
• Hands-on clinical experience with individualized client programs
• Opportunities for growth and advancement within the field of ABA
Requirements
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Access to a mobile device for documentation
• High school diploma (required)
• Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred
• Experience working with children strongly preferred
• Must pass background screeningAble to engage in physical activity including kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to accept supervision and feedback
RBT certification is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain certification if not already credentialed.
