Job Description
Lakeside ABA in Gaithersburg is seeking an Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide at-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. The ideal candidate will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and support clients and families with effective communication and educational techniques.
This part-time role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and a compassionate approach to working with diverse needs. Competitive pay of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
