Responsibilities

• •All schedules available (morning, afternoon, overnight, swing)
• •Customer Service: Deliver five-star customer service to the residents and guests of the HOA
• •Access Control - screening visitors and residents entering the property
• •Patrol - diligently patrol the common areas, garage and critical infrastructure
• •Coachability: Be able to receive corrective action from supervisor, adapt to any policy and procedure changes as needed, while giving complete focus to the client and property REQUIREMENTS:
