About the Role
• Provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients for ongoing therapy and consultation sessions each week.
• Use data to inform and adjust your treatment approaches based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed and make appropriate client referrals.
• Document progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
Requirements
• Must be licensed in Massachusetts as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or have a PhD/PsyD in Psychology.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adults (18+).
• At least six months of teletherapy experience.
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
• Initial training availability of 1 hour per week during the first 4 weeks, with ongoing monthly support of 30 minutes.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) to track client progress.
• Willingness to receive training in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for evaluation.
• Experience with electronic health/medical record systems for documenting notes and treatment plans.
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your licensing board.
Interview Process Overview
