Location We have two clinics located in Issaquah. This position seeks someone excited about extending the incredible work happening in our clinics to homes, schools, and the broader community. While you will have a strong presence in our clinics, you will also play a vital role in bringing our transformative services to various community settings.
Qualifications To join us as a BCBA, you need:
Current BCBA/LBA certification (We are not hiring LABAs at this time)
Over one year of experience working with neurodiverse children.
Passion for working in homes and schools.
Availability for in-person work between 25-40 hours a week, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and run after children.
Proficiency in using online platforms for data entry, note-writing, and treatment plan development.
Competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $48-$53 per hour.
Retirement/Simple IRA matching plan.
