Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
• Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians
• Conduct or oversee behavioral assessments and treatment planning
• Partner with families and caregivers in collaborative decision‑making
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and professional standards
• Lead quality improvement and program development initiatives
• Promote a positive, professional, and mission‑driven culture

Requirements

Required
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred
• 4+ years of BCBA experience
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians
• Experience managing or growing clinical programs

Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year
