Job Description

Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
Provide therapy and intervention services to improve patients' communication skills.
Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and overall quality of life.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Stay updated on current research and techniques in speech and language therapy.
Maintain a valid state license and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and compassion while working with patients.
Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality and effective therapy services.
Work on a pool basis, being available to provide services as needed.
Attend team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Be a dedicated and passionate advocate for patients with speech and language disorders.
