Job Description

Make a Difference in the Classroom

Ro Health is actively hiring compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Class Aides to support students with special needs in local school districts in the High Desert San Bernardino area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in ABA, behavioral support, special education, autism services, childcare, paraprofessional work, or behavior technician roles who are passionate about helping students succeed both academically and socially.

We are currently hiring per diem providers with consistent school-based opportunities available. Many of our providers transition into full-time positions as long-term assignments and openings become available.

Position Details
• Location: Hesperia, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday during school hours (approximately 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Per Diem with potential for Full-Time opportunities
• Setting: School-based, including classroom support and 1:1 student support

What You'll Do
• Provide classroom and individual student support
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
• Assist students with social skills, communication, and daily routines
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Collect and document student progress
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Assist with personal care and toileting when needed

Qualifications
• ABA experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Background in special education, behavioral health, childcare, or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and passionate about helping students succeed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
