Opportunity
We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support a growing adult caseload in Palm Bay and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for an SLP who:
• Enjoys working with adult and medically complex populations
• Wants flexibility without the burden of running a full private practice or adhering to unrealistic productivity standards
• Values autonomy, professionalism, and meaningful patient relationships
Role Responsibilities
• Provide skilled speech therapy treatment for adults with communication and swallowing disorders
• Implement individualized plans of care
• Complete timely, Medicare-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to support outcomes
Opportunity to expand into evaluations and care planning over time
Compensation
• $40–$45 per treatment visit
• $65–$75 per evaluation (as role expands)
• Optional productivity incentives available

Qualifications
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
