Your Impact (Key Responsibilities)

What You Bring (Qualifications)
• License: Current and valid Psychiatric Technician license (CA Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technicians).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct care experience with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
• Certifications: Valid Driver’s License and current CPR certification. (CPI/Ukeru/DSP I & II training is a major plus!)
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on interventions when necessary.
• Mindset: A commitment to person-centered practices and the flexibility to work various shifts/sites as needed.
Working Conditions
• Environment: Clinical, residential, and community settings.
• Demands: May involve travel and mandatory overtime to ensure the safety and care of our individuals.
• Safety: Exposure to clinical environments and potential health risks; we provide the training and support to manage these safely.
