Job Description

 collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Reporting to a Regional Manager, the Physician plays a vital leadership and clinical role, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD) and coordinate care with specialists
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours
• Provide supervision to advanced practice providers as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CMS, and other regulatory bodies
• Deliver 5-star service in line with our mission of better health for seniors

Requirements
• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license in state of practice
• 3+ years in outpatient primary care
• ACLS/BLS certification
• EMR proficiency and strong diagnostic skills
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs and assist patients as needed

• Diagnose, treat, and provide preventive care to individuals and families across the lifespan. May refer patients to specialists when needed for further diagnosis or treatment.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, or examination results.
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.

Qualifications

Benefits

  • Salary Range:$250,000 – $300,000/year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
