Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices in outpatient care.
