Responsibilities
- •Job Responsibilities: BCBA will provide supervision on paraprofessionals
- •BCBA will provide parent training
- •BCBA will help recruit ABA therapists
- •BCBA will conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance
- •BCBA will design curricula, interventions, behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis
