ls.The ideal candidate for this role will have an RN license, a minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, and experience in the oncology field. A thorough understanding of clinical trial processes and protocols, as well as knowledge of regulatory guidelines, are essential to success in this role. The candidate must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with other departments, physicians, and research staff.
