What You’ll Do
• Conduct FBAs, skills assessments, and preference assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs in 1:1 therapy delivery
• Provide parent and caregiver training and support
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
What You Bring
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID
• Clinic-based experience with children (Age 1-5) with autism (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Central Reach (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
