Job Details
• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and clinical staff, including supervisors‑in‑training.
• Provide BCBA supervision, case consultation, and support program development.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, individualized ABA services across all clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth, operational efficiency, and key performance metrics.
• Foster a positive, supportive team culture focused on development, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure consistency in service delivery with minimal disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
• Support staff training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
• Serve as a clinical leader and role model, promoting best practices and high standards of care.

    Benefits

    • Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
