- $21/hour during training
- $25–$28/hour No experience needed
### Bonus:
Effective November 16th
Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):
➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.
Effective December 1st
Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:
➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly clinical rate.

You will receive paid training and RBT certification support, ongoing professional development and mentorship, and become part of a supportive, positive team culture. Our schedule is flexible, with afternoon and weekend shifts available to fit your availability.
What you need to join us:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
