Job Description
• Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing tailored behavior support plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Providing training and consultation to educational teams regarding behavior management strategies
• Managing a caseload of students requiring behavioral support

- •Current CT BCBA Licensure required
- •Strong experience in applying behavior analytic principles in school settings
