Autism Behavior Services, Inc. provides evidence-based, state-of-the-art behavioral, treatment and consultation services. ABSI provides education, outreach, and support so that individuals living with autism can live, learn, work and play in today's society. We utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

Job Qualifications:
Meets BACB or QABA supervised fieldwork hours requirements
Has in their possession signed verification forms OR can obtain said forms form all applicable supervisors
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field completed
2 or more years of Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
QASP-S certification preferred
Must have verified fieldwork experience
In addition, all candidates will need:
Valid state issued drivers' license, car insurance (driving is required), and reliable transportation.
Must be computer literate, highly dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability.
Drive a minimum of 30-60 miles from your location, or locations as needed to fulfill client needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of the ABSI team, the public and the people we support
Ability to work in home, school and clinical settings
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, push a wheelchair and be out in a variety of weather
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
Must have good leadership skills
We offer Behavior Specialists / Case Managers Professional Development to become a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisors (QASP and QASP-S) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We will supply the BCBA field work requirements (supervision hours) for individuals to meet the qualifications to sit for the BCBA exam.
