Lead and execute clinical performance evaluations of Abbott products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical studies, including developing study protocols and timelines.
Analyze clinical data and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines throughout the clinical research process.
Provide expertise and guidance in clinical research and product development to support the success of our products.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in clinical research and product development.
Mentor and train junior team members on clinical research best practices and protocols.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
Represent Abbott at conferences and other events, presenting on our products and clinical research findings.
Contribute to the development of new product ideas and improvements based on clinical data and insights.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all clinical research activities.
Ensure the ethical and responsible conduct of all clinical research activities.
Adhere to project budgets and timelines while managing resources efficiently.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to clinical research and product development.
